What they Needed

The team at Halo excel at meeting their clients' marketing needs, earning a significant portion of their business through referrals. To achieve their growth aspirations, Halo needed support in refining their sales prospecting strategy. What We Did

With the Director leading business development, we recommended she participate in our Sales Prospecting Bootcamp programme. This combination of in-person and online one-to-one support allowed us to tailor the training to align authentically with the Halo brand.

We began by conducting a thorough review of Halo's current prospecting activities and identifying areas for improvement. This included supporting the development of their CRM system, analysing key industry verticals to target, and crafting a bespoke sales prospecting playbook. Together, we built a robust prospecting framework designed to drive consistent results.

Additionally, we fine-tuned their current lead generation activities to enhance their success rate and formalised a structured sales process. This included creating a visible sales funnel to enable the team to track, monitor, and act on opportunities more effectively.

The Result

With an emphasis on forging partnerships that last, Halo saw zero client churn in the last quarter and an impressive 18 new clients since Co-Founders, Nick and Jess, bought the business in 2022. They now feel confident in prospecting new clients that align with their own values, and make a concerted effort to partner with businesses and industries that share their goals and aspirations. With a consistent CRM, Halo are now maximising their opportunities with awards, networking and events, and have been very successful in winning both regional and national business awards.
